Bill directs Baird Venture Partners' activities within the business services sector. Bill’s focus areas include outsourced services, financial services, and information services. Prior to joining Baird Venture Partners in 2000, he was a Vice President in Baird's Investment Banking Group, where he participated in a variety of equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Baird in 1995, Bill spent five years with LaSalle Partners, where he worked in various investment capacities assisting institutions to invest in the real estate sector. In addition to PAI Group, Inc., Bill is a member of the board of directors of Austin Logistics Incorporated, Pinstripe, Inc., Salis, Inc., and SnagAJob.com, Inc. Bill also sits on the industry advisory board for Finance & Accounting Today magazine and the Wisconsin Technology Council. In December of 2005, Bill was named by HRO Today magazine as an industry All-Star for his strong investment activity in the sector. Bill also serves on the advisory board of the Wisconsin Technology Council. He received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with majors in Finance and Strategic Management.
