Bill is the former CEO of InterPay, Inc. From 1987 to 2000, Bill grew InterPay from 70 employees and 2,000 clients to more than 685 employees and nearly 30,000 clients. At the time of its ultimate sale to Fleet Bank (purchased by Bank of America), InterPay was the 5th largest payroll processing company in the US. Often seen as a visionary in the payroll industry, Bill left retirement to build another dream. Bill has led the effort to not only acquire Payroll Associates, LLC, but purchase our payroll software licensees who desire to join in PAI’s ultimate mission in revolutionizing the payroll delivery process in the US. Before he joined InterPay, Bill served as a Captain in the U.S. Army and spent 20 years in various executive positions at AT&T. Bill holds a B.A. in Marketing from Ohio State University.
