December 6, 2007 (Moorestown, New Jersey) - PAI Group, Inc. today announced the addition of James Dougherty, Operating Partner at Great Hill Partners, LLC in Boston, to the Board Of Directors of the payroll software and employer services organization.

As CEO of IntraLinks, Jim built the existing technology platform, increased bookings by over 10x, revenues by 6x and raised $50m in PE in 2001. As Head of Global Operations for Gartner Group, he oversaw a global tech information consultancy with 1,200 people and nearly $900 million of revenue, growing revenues for the first time in four years. Additionally, Jim served as CEO of MetaMatrix with KPCB and was previously head of Lotus's Internet Division and CEO of Prodigy Software.
In addition to a diverse set of executive and management skills, Jim serves as a Senior Fellow in business and foreign policy on the Council on Foreign Relations, as a director of the Starbright Foundation and as a board member of the Foreign Policy Association. Jim holds a Masters of International Economics from Columbia University, a CSS in Administration & Finance from Harvard University and a B.A. in Public Administration from Framingham State College.
