Roger is responsible for all payroll services offered by PayChoice, including processing, customer service, tax and ACH payments and filings, technology and training. Roger is also the General Counsel of PAI Group. Previously Roger was the COO for InterPay, Inc were he was responsible for all payroll processing,  tax and ACH operations. Prior to Interpay, he was an attorney, manager and engineer at AT&T and Bell Laboratories. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from New York University and a law degree from New York Law School. Roger currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Shepherds of Youth, a charitable foundation which promotes the education of inner-city children.
